Unworn pieces in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Earrings for hygiene reasons are exchange-only where packaging seals are intact.

Custom or altered pieces are final sale unless there is a craftsmanship fault. Contact us with your order id and photos to start an exchange.
